H & P Construction, Inc. was founded by Michael Habowski and a college classmate.  Michael started the business with a pick up truck , a few residential jobs, and a dream.  A recent graduate of Bloomsburg University Business School, Michael set out on a lifelong journey to bring a new name in construction to Central Pennsylvania.  H & P Construction, Inc. had a humble beginning operated out of an office space behind Habowski’s Service Station located at 1500 Chestnut Street Kulpmont, PA.
